On New Years Eve, we decided to have a gingerbread contest with everyone. Brad and Lauren and Jordan all had plans, so it was a Grandma and Grandpa against Mom and Goose competition. Grandpa and goose mixed up the frosting, and then she helped spoon it into our bag. (we certainly made the biggest frosting mess of the two teams! But that was my fault, not Goose')

The back of their house had the puzzle santa put together with all the rocks at the bottom. I loved the rocks and the windows!
Theirs was a clear winner in my opinion, however, Goose disagreed. She said it was a tie. She liked both. We loved our colorful roof and the tree in the front yard, and I loved the sleigh on their roof and the windows and flowers. It was so much fun. Maybe if Ben has enough days off at the end of this year, we can go back and try again!
