Lacamas Lake

Who doesn't love the lake on a hot day? Jordan, Kayleigh, Goose, myself, and Zeke (the weimer) all went to Lacamas lake to go off the rope swing. It was a really gorgeous, warm day

Poor Zeke! Jordan was trying to teach him to not be afraid of the water and to swim all over. He didn't love it so much, but he's so obedient and loving, that he followed Jordan when Jordan called.

J was sooo good to help Goose across to the island! Not only that, but he's the one who helped her go off the rope swing, which is great cause I was a chicken and silently freaking out pretty bad about her going anyway since she isn't the greatest swimmer.

Free Fallin'. Its probably too small to see, but if you look close, you can see Goose with her hand on the upper part of Jordan's arm as they are falling.

Jordan did so good helping her go on the swing, that I let her go again. But that was enough for her! She was done after the second time (a pretty good number for us all, since the girls only went off twice and Jordan 3 times). I guess the first time he took her, he was freaked too because she didn't come up as fast as he thought she should... Not something I wanted to hear!

It was such a fun day. After going off the swing, we just swam in the warm water for a while before we had to head home. Other than a few scratches and a possibly popped ear drum on me, it was a great few hours. Definitely worth a repeat someday.
