Its Cold!

Ok, last I checked it was APRIL! Not by the weather outside! I personally believe that if winter starts in October, 6 months is TOO long, and that six months was up in March! But no. Its still pretty nasty and cold out.

The oh so lovely snow (which we all know in my house is the worst 4 letter word anyone can say) was here the day before Easter just in time for the outside easter egg hunt. If you look closely, you can see in the top picture little colored specks buried in snow. Those were the eggs to be hunted. I couldn't find any gloves and poor goose just stopped picking up eggs after a bit because her hands hurt so bad from the cold.

And in the other two pictures, it shows what my "two" girls like to do in the cold. The heater kicks on and one heads for the vent in the kitchen with a blanket (the only vent she can get to) and the other heads for the place between the couch and the wall where the hot air comes out from the near by vent. We always say that Pepper has irreversible brain damage from baking her brains sticking her head under there like that!
